The idea to create interesting spaces for interesting people was conceived way back in 1986 with Sotheby’s Restoration, but it wasn’t until 2019 that we started planning our first buildings.  Despite COVID and soaring costs of materials and labor, they finally became reality in 2024.  Tenants already include wood & light metal fabricators, photographers and furniture restorers.
